Psalm 27:4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.
The Word of God comes to mind as I think about and reflect not only on another year, but all the years God in His grace has blessed us to minister here at Family Unity Baptist Church.
The Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 says, "However, as it is written: " No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him, but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit". The Spirit, the Apostle Paul says now reveals things that were long hidden.
I years ago with the physical eye could have never seen this day, but God the Holy Spirit has revealed those things that were long hidden to us. Through this ministry individuals have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, been encouraged, delivered out of some form of bondage, relationships have been restored and built, families have been strengthened and many have matured.
God the Holy Spirit is now revealing that which was hidden to us and that has been the joy and fulfillment of this ministry. We thank God for our family and friends who have prayed for us and supported us through the years, and those who have planted seeds in this ministry. We are looking forward to even those things yet God wants to reveal to us, may God continue to bless us and keep us.
